Hi guys it is 23.24 and in the dying minutes of 2007 i want to commend ye, the small number of men who are chasing their dreams. May the rest of us learn from you and all chase our futures with the same gusto and bravery! Keep it up lads - your dream has started and is within reach!! All my love and best wishes!! Tree!!! I'll be celebrating with you in 2008!
Happy New Year to all of you! Hope you have a good night on the ocean and make time to drink a toast and have a little celebration. Wishing you all good wind, waves and currents in 2008. Love Mum and Dad Martin
Ben & Crew - thinking of you, keep up the good work and try and show the French how it's done - Ha Ha! - Love Sylvia & Grandma
Ben and the crew, Happy New Year to you all. We raised several glasses to you at midnight (feeling the after effects today!). Going to a a house warming at Shelagh's later today so no doubt we'll raise another glass or two and suffer again tomorrow. Keep up the hard work and we hope you are all still feeling up for the challenge - Good Luck, Love Mum, Dad and Michael.

The faerie of luck is sent once a year to bless those on whom fortune will shine in the coming year, she does this by tapping your sleeping form, Only because I wish the best for you all - make the faerie of luck beat the hell out of you!!
Bad jokes aside - good luck Mike et al.........Tree
Happy New Year to all the rowers and especially the Oyster Shack! This is surely going to be the most memorable start to a New Year ever! Hope 2008 brings perfect weather conditions and that I see you all in Antigua very soon! Sally Cornwell (Copied from Atlantic Rowing Race 2007 website)
