Ben and crew mates - following your good progress on the websites, you seem to have done 476 miles at 7 days out. Hope you are all still fit and all the equipment is functioning OK. Lots of friends and neighbours keep asking about you and asking us to pass on their good wishes. We will all raise a glass to you to morrow night.
